The organizational structure of the BEST TFI comprises the following organizational units:
 

• Financial Division
• Operational Division
• Risk Management Unit
• Compliance Officer
• Internal Auditor
• Information Security Administrator

Supervision of:
 

• Compliance Officer, Operational Division, Information Security Administrator and Risk Management Unit

  – exercised by the President of the Society’s Board.

• Financial Division

  – managed by the Member of the Management Board in charge of the Company’s Finances.

• Internal Auditor

  – managed by a Member of the Management Board of the Company.
