CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

In accordance with the requirements of the “Regulations of Corporate Governance for the Supervised Institutions”, issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 22 July 2014, BEST Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. announces that, due to the type of its activity and the specificity of the managed investment funds, the Comapny’s Board has not made the decision to introduce formally the Regulations of Corporate Governance from 1 January 2015.
At the same time, the Society wishes to inform you that uses in its general practice most of the provisions referred to in the Regulations, regarding in particular:

• The Organisation and the organizational structure,
• Relations with shareholders,
• Bodies of the supervised institution,
• Information policy,
• Key systems and internal functions.

The Society is considering the formal application of the Regulations of Corporate Governance for the future and intends to present its decision in a separate communication.
